Shipping Policy

At Yojaka Evolution, our catalog is composed entirely of digital products, print-on-demand (POD) products, and affiliate products. Because of this, shipping is not a one-size-fits-all experience — it is entirely dependent on the product type and the fulfillment partner associated with your order. Please review the sections below to understand how shipping works for each product category.

1. Digital Products

Digital products require no shipping. Upon successful payment, your download link or access credentials will be delivered directly to the email address associated with your order. No physical shipment will occur and no shipping fees will be charged.

2. Print-on-Demand (POD) Products — Fulfilled by Printful

All POD products in the Yojaka Evolution store are produced and shipped on demand through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Each item is made to order, which means production begins after your order is placed.

Production Time: Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days before shipping. Production times may vary during peak seasons or high-demand periods.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times (via Printful):

  • USPS First Class — Estimated 3–5 business days (domestic, lightweight items)
  • USPS Priority Mail — Estimated 1–3 business days (domestic)
  • FedEx Ground / Home Delivery — Estimated 1–5 business days (domestic)
  • FedEx Express — Estimated 1–3 business days (domestic)
  • DHL Express — Estimated 1–5 business days (international)
  • Asendia / Economy International — Estimated 10–20 business days (international economy)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, the product type, and the selected shipping method. Printful ships to over 180 countries worldwide.

International Orders: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees determined by your country’s customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website or via your order confirmation page.

3. Affiliate Products

Some products available through Yojaka Evolution are sourced from third-party affiliate suppliers and marketplaces. Shipping for these products is entirely determined by the affiliate supplier, including rates, carriers, delivery windows, and international availability.

  • Shipping timelines and costs will be displayed at the point of purchase on the affiliate platform.
  • Tracking information, if available, will be provided by the affiliate supplier directly.
  • Yojaka Evolution is not responsible for shipping, fulfillment, or delivery of affiliate products.

4. Shipping Delays

While we and our fulfillment partners strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, weather conditions, customs processing, or production backlogs. Yojaka Evolution is not liable for delays beyond our direct control.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your POD order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and supporting photos. We will work with Printful to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund where applicable.
