Refund and Return Policy

Please note: Yojaka Evolution does not accept returns on any products. Our catalog consists primarily of digital products, print-on-demand (POD) items, and affiliate products — all of which are non-returnable by nature. We encourage all customers to review product details carefully before purchasing.

1. No Returns Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns on any orders, including but not limited to:

Digital products & downloads
Print-on-demand (POD) products
Affiliate products
Personalized or custom-made items
Final sale items
Opened or used products

2. Refund Eligibility

While we do not accept returns, we are committed to ensuring every order meets the expectations set by the product listing. If your order did not meet those expectations — such as a significant discrepancy in print quality, color, sizing, or item description — you may be eligible for one of the following resolutions:

Payment refund — A full refund issued back to your original payment method.
Product replacement — A reorder of the same product, adjusted to correctly meet the original listing expectations. No return of the original item is required.

Refund requests based solely on personal preference or buyer’s remorse will not be approved.

3. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please contact us through our Contact page within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos where applicable. Our team will review your claim and respond with next steps.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. Approved claims will receive either a full payment refund or a corrected replacement at no additional cost.

5. Affiliate Product Refunds

For products sourced through affiliate or third-party partners, refund eligibility is subject to the originating seller’s policy. Yojaka Evolution is not responsible for fulfillment or refunds on affiliate products.
