No. Yojaka Evolution is an online-only store. This allows us to offer premium, thoughtfully curated products at accessible prices while serving customers across the globe.

Products & Ordering

What types of products does Yojaka Evolution sell?

Our catalog consists of three product categories:

  • Digital Products — Downloadable content delivered instantly via email after purchase.
  • Print-on-Demand (POD) Products — Apparel, home décor, and lifestyle items produced to order through our fulfillment partner, Printful.
  • Affiliate Products — Curated products sourced through third-party affiliate suppliers and marketplaces.

How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit cards and offer secure payment processing for your peace of mind.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible at official_source@yojaka-evolution.com. Because POD products enter production quickly and digital products are delivered immediately, we may not be able to make changes once an order is placed. We will do our best to accommodate requests made promptly.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save favorites, and enjoy a faster checkout experience in the future.

Shipping & Delivery

Do digital products ship?

No. Digital products require no shipping. Your download link or access credentials will be delivered to the email address associated with your order immediately after payment is confirmed.

How are POD products shipped?

All POD products are fulfilled by Printful. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, after which your order ships via your selected carrier. Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • USPS First Class — 3–5 business days (domestic)
  • USPS Priority Mail — 1–3 business days (domestic)
  • FedEx Ground / Home Delivery — 1–5 business days (domestic)
  • FedEx Express — 1–3 business days (domestic)
  • DHL Express — 1–5 business days (international)
  • Asendia / Economy International — 10–20 business days (international economy)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Through Printful, we ship POD products to over 180 countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees determined by your country’s customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

How does shipping work for affiliate products?

Affiliate products are fulfilled directly by the originating third-party supplier. Shipping rates, carriers, delivery windows, and international availability are entirely determined by that supplier. Please refer to the affiliate platform’s shipping policy at the point of purchase.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes, for POD orders. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking availability for affiliate products depends on the supplier.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?

No. Yojaka Evolution does not accept returns on any products. All sales are final. Our catalog — digital products, POD items, and affiliate products — is non-returnable by nature.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, under certain conditions. If your order did not meet the expectations described in the product listing — such as a significant discrepancy in print quality, color, sizing, or item description — you may be eligible for one of the following resolutions:

  • Payment refund — A full refund to your original payment method.
  • Product replacement — A corrected reorder of the same item. No return of the original is required.

Refund requests based on personal preference or buyer’s remorse will not be approved.

How do I request a refund?

Contact us through our Contact page within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos where applicable.

What about refunds on affiliate products?

Refund eligibility for affiliate products is subject to the originating supplier’s policy. Yojaka Evolution is not responsible for fulfillment or refunds on affiliate products.

Follow the care instructions on each garment’s label. Generally, we recommend gentle washing in cold water and air drying to preserve the premium quality and longevity of your pieces.
